Looking for a great family activity or team building event? Decorate a themed or branded tree to donate to our raffle supporting Shriners Children's Texas!
We invite you to join us from December 11–14, 2026, as an official tree sponsor. Your contribution provides significant brand exposure while serving as a beacon of hope for families. All donations are tax-deductible charitable contributions as we are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Tree Sponsorship: A Premier Team Activity
Showcase your organization by sponsoring a tree! This creative project is a unique team-building activity that improves spirit and brainstorming skills.
Participation: Tree sponsors receive a 6’x6’ space at no cost.
Target Value: To ensure high-quality prizes for the community, the expected value of the tree, decorations, and accompanying gifts should be approximately $2,000.
The Impact: Your donated tree and gifts will be won by a community member via a raffle.
Recognition: A sign designating your organization will be prominently displayed with your tree.
Awards: The sponsor whose tree receives the most tickets wins the "People’s Choice Award" and priority location for 2027.
Donate a Decorated Tree
To ensure a successful and legally compliant event, all sponsors must adhere to the following:

Texas Raffle Law: In accordance with the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act (CREA), raffle prizes cannot be money or anything readily convertible to cash (e.g., checks or cash-value gift cards).

Gift Items: High-value small items (jewelry, gift certificates) should not be left on trees; provide them to staff in a marked envelope to be locked up and awarded to the winner.

Tree Requirements: Trees must be artificial (no exceptions), between 5ft and 8ft tall, and utilize LED lighting only.

Electrical: Sponsors must provide one new 15–20 ft extension cord.
